I remember coming home after meeting Roger for the first time many years ago and telling my wife that I just met a very interesting and "special" man. There was something about Roger's manner that so impressed me....a calming presence that just drew me to him that was totally unrelated to our business discussions. I soon came to respect this man for his unwavering work ethic, his impeccable integrity, and his devotion to his family and to his faith. I will forever be indebted to Roger for teaching me that strength and character are proven more by what you do and who you are, than by what you say you're going to do. I am happy for Roger that he is without pain, that he is at peace with his maker. I am selfishly sad for myself, for I will miss Roger. I take comfort though in knowing that Roger lives on in all of us who were fortunate enough to have had the privilege of spending time with him. Rest in peace my friend, until we meet again.
