My deepest and sincere condolence to the Edralin family, Junior, Ronnie and Jane. I met Mr. Roger in 1990. Over time Mr. Roger taught me about family principles, integrity and loyalty. He also taught me to have leadership, to be loyal and have integrity in my work. Mr. Roger gave me good advice that through time helped and still helps me. I have been honored to have been introduced to Mr. Roger as my Boss, but Mr. Roger was more than a Boss he was like a father to me. Mr. Roger's teaching will live on for generations. One advice out of many that I will always remember is "A good leader leads without being present" even though Mr. Roger is not present, He will always be a leader through his advices.
