Rogelio (Roger) D. Edralin Sr. - beloved Father, brother, grandfather and friend to many. Roger had been battling pancreatic cancer since he was diagnosed in January 2007. Roger exemplified an honest, simple, and God fearing man. His huge heart and unselfish being had allowed him to embrace life and all of the people he had known. He had changed many lives for the better and continued to inspire people through his leadership inside the Iglesia Ni Cristo, his compassion as a great Father, his integrity at Lemon-X Corporation, and his humble battle with pancreatic cancer. A unique combination of intelligence, charisma, and trust in our God above led Roger to his extraordinary success. Roger was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines on May 25, 1941. In 1963, he married his childhood sweetheart, Jesusa "Susing" Acosta. He moved to the United States on June 1968. When he moved to the United States, he had the American dream in his mind for his family. Roger left his family behind, as did many to find a better future for his children in the United States. Little did he know that this was secondary to the primary reason why he was sent to the United States, which was to help gather brethren of the Iglesia Ni Cristo in New York. He left the Philippines as technical manager of Pepsi Corporation and soon after his move to the United States, he became the Technical Director of Cott Corporation. In the 80s, he joined forces with the founders of Lemon-X Corporation to become Vice President of the company. He became a widower in 1986 when his loving partner "Susing" tragically passed away from a brain aneurism. As years passed, Roger began to enjoy the fruits of his labor - his children thrived as active officers of the Iglesia Ni Cristo, became professionals in their own fields of employment, was loved endlessly by his children, and actively performed his duty as Head Deacon for over 35 years. Although he is not with us anymore, his eyes have seen many times the Glory of God, not only through his children and grandchild, but most especially through the great success of the Iglesia Ni Cristo in the Northeastern Seaboard, USA where many have gathered and have come to know and praise our Almighty God. His aims in life were to protect the integrity of his family, help in the success of the Iglesia Ni Cristo and be loved and respected for his valiant, brave, and endless hard work. During the 69 years he lived on this earth, he fulfilled all that he had hoped and aspired for. On July 22, 2010, Roger "Ka Roger" left us in peace and tranquility, with the hope to see his beloved family once again.
